Checklist to release a new plugin version

There's a lot of minimal chores we need to setup before publishing a new version.

Here's a list with all of them to remember myself in all releases.

Questions

• Is the documentation up-to-date with all changes made in this release?
• Do you updated the plugin version on pubspec.yaml?
• Do you described all changes into CHANGELOG.md?
• This release contains breaking changes?
• Did you publish the new release into the /releases tab?
