Create a workflow for verifying Pull Requests #508

Use github actions and create a workflow that checks for Pull Requests on the following parameters:

  1. There is no other files changed apart from README.md file
  2. The name is added at the end of the
  3. No (table row) has more than 7 (table data) in it
  4. There are no duplicate names added
  5. The branch is always updated before merging (When someone tries to add their name in, the branch needs to stay updated to show the latest table of contributor names)

This issue is still open even though workflows are already in the project.
What type of enhancement are you looking for in the workflows that are already added to the project?
