Implement an option to match source data size

Create an option in the configuration file to match the size of the source data. For example, if the source value is Johnson (the word of 7 characters), and the user wants to anonymize this with a first_name filter, they should be able to define that the generated value must be not shorter than the original value. Or perhaps exactly equal in size.
