Have porky persist the config in flash storage and restore on restart #612

At the moment, the config will be lost on restart or power loss/regain....

When the config is received in porky, store it in flash with ekv and then restore it (if read successfully) on restart.

It should probably respond with the config when connected to also, so that the UI reflects the actual state :-/

piggui will have to not apply default, but load whatever the device sends it.
