Description of the bug

In TransientAPhi assign_current is missing some arguments:

oModule.AssignCurrent(
	[
		"NAME:Current1",
		"Objects:="		, ["Rectangle1"],
		"Current:="		, "2mA",
		"IsSolid:="		, True,
		"CurrentExcitationModel:=", "Double Potentials",
		"Point out of terminal:=", True
	])

assign_voltage has new arguments:

oModule.AssignVoltageAPhi(
	[
		"NAME:Voltage1",
		"Objects:="		, ["Coil_Section1_Separate1"],
		"VoltageAPhi:="		, "1V",
		"VoltageAPhiInitialCurrent:=", "0mA",
		"VoltageAPhiHasInitialCurrent:=", False,
		"VoltageAPhiExcitationModel:=", "Double Potentials",
		"VoltageAPhi_Point_out_of_terminal:=", True
	])

This only occurs in Maxwell 3d.
