Contributing guidelines

Thanks for helping out! We recommend following a number of steps to make the contribution process as smooth as possible

Log (or select) an Issue you would like to work on. This is a good opportunity to get early input and allow the community to know about what you plan to work on.

Fork the cyclops repo
Implement your feature - with unit tests!
Create a PR for your feature that references the issue number
Try to avoid making formating or other unrelated changes in a feature PR
On merge consider adding a wiki entry about your feature if appropriate
