Why OpenDAL provides overwrite and append modes for the write operation but does not offer a write if not exist mode?

I am trying to implement a file lock, hoping to use atomic operations to write if the file does not exist, but it seems that OpenDAL cannot achieve this?

We could potentially support this by adding if_not_exist() and if_exist().
