masked_encrypted_extra cannot parse to valid JSON

hello, after update to master branch, when try edit database conection we have error Field cannot be decoded by JSON and is beacuse masked_encrypted_extra is not JSON it has encrypted_extra and masked_encrypted_extra are plain text not JSON
