Filter per single day

I have a question on filter function. Is there any possibility to filter only for a single day? I would like do not specify a time range anytime.

Ok, but a part last or current day it is not possible to specify a specific single day in the past.
I’m looking for a possibility to insert a single day, for example 2023-01-01.
