Continue filling the questions categories with at least one item per category.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A good start is to define what it is and how it is useful.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Add new document <angular-question>.html
Modify questions.html to link to new question page.

Looks like @DulajMadushanka is tackling this one in #107, What is angular js

@izulien I think so, but I'm not sure if @DulajMadushanka plans to continue, but we'll give a little more time in case they want to make the fixes.

This is still open. I closed the other PR. Someone should feel free to jump on this!
