As the handbook grows, it would be desirable to agree on a naming scheme early on.
Amongst the jupyter books I have browsed, I particularly liked the naming scheme adopted by the NiMARE paper. They use a 2-digit prefix to sort articles by their order of appearance within the final document, which avoids checking _toc.yml for this piece of information.
It could serve as a reasonable starting point. To be refined later should the document grow so large to require a different structure.
