Compute Unix-style load averages on Windows.
Contains:
(a) LoadAverage, a service which you install with installutil, which computes the load average and exposes it as performance counters.
(b) GetLoadAverage, a command-line tool to get the local load average.
(c) get-loadaverage, a PowerShell module to get the local or remote load average.
