I was able to get the drivers installed and the turntable works with your demo perfectly but the Dm2 software is not recognizing the device as connected so it wont calibrate. I receive a "Please plug the DM2 controller into a USB port on your PC." I reconnect the device which makes the Windows sounds for USB disconnect/connect. Device lights up but when I click "OK" I get the same message. Cancelling gives me a "The DM2 Controller is not calibrated. You must calibrate before running DM2"
Any idea how to skip or complete the calibration?

A big caveat to this driver (that I should really mention in the README) is that it's probably not compatible with the original DM2 software. I didn't have a Windows XP machine on hand to see how the original drivers exposed the hardware. If I remember correctly, it was some sort of proprietary protocol and you needed to do hacks to change it into a MIDI device.
What this driver does is expose the turntable as a generic MIDI device with arbitrary mappings between MIDI notes and the buttons/wheels/sliders documented on the demo page. You could use this driver with any software that allows MIDI input, e.g. Mixxx, provided you set up mappings as described here.
