assemble-handlebars version of i18n helper kills handlebars-helper-18n shipping with grunt-assemble-i18n.

Tested with 3148d66

handlebars-helper-i18n is registered incorrectly in grunt-assemble-i18n.

Please open an issue or submit a PR there. Thanks.
