I know it's very difficult to trust smaller, lesser-known projects. However, give me a chance and take a look at the library I created (which receives constant updates), called "GalaktaGlare". It's a powerful, fast, easy, broad and lightweight library for machine learning, with many features such as:
Text classification (Windows, Linux and macOS);
Data analysis (Windows, Linux and macOS);
Anomaly detection (Windows, Linux and macOS);
Image classification/recognition (Windows, Linux and macOS);
Voice command recognition (Windows and Linux);
TTS (Text To Speech) for Windows and Linux;
Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Windows, Linux and macOS;
Operations with Tensors (Windows, Linux and macOS);

Take a look, and if you want, do some tests with GalaktaGlare. It's really amazing, but it doesn't have much visibility in the community. It is far superior to some established libraries like golearn and gorgonia, and has comprehensive documentation.
