Access Denied on CELEBA_HQ checkpoint

It seems that access to the link provided for the .ckpt file of the celeba_hq dataset (https://image-editing-test-12345.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/checkpoints/celeba_hq.ckpt), also used in this repo https://github.com/ermongroup/SDEdit/tree/main, is denied.
