how/where to get missing credentials from proof request

Story:

As a user, I want to know where I can get the missing credentials I need to satisfy this proof request so that I don't have to go and figure it out myself

Background

Many calls to support from CSB is due to people not realizing they are missing the Person credential. They present screenshots or describe that they do not have "their surname or family name" even through it's in their LSBC member card.

Proposed Solution

Crawl: Hard code a link to available PROD credential issuance only. See wireframe

Fly/not now: Provide the option for verifiers to add a link (where its purpose is to link to the credential issuing page) to a presentation request so that, when any credential is missing in said presentation request, a user can select the link and start the process in acquiring the missing credential.
