pyo-discuss not accessible. Move to Github Discussions?

Unfortunately the pyo-discuss Google Group has been taken down due to all of the spam.

@belangeo, how do you feel about moving to Github Discussions right here on this repo as a new discussion forum. You'd have to enable it.

The drawback is that users would need a Github account to ask questions. The benefit is all communication about pyo would be consolidated to one location, and no more Gmail spam accounts.

i noticed this too, was hoping to find a place to ask some questions. maybe a discord server would be an alternative?

@snuq, I think I remember us discussing Discord on the Google group, but if I remember correctly, @belangeo didn't want to have to manage another account (e.g. discord), which is why I thought GitHub Discussions could be a good option, since he already is managing this repo.
