Any way to customize without docker-compose

Hi all,

I run a self hosted instance via a docker container running in Unraid. There isn't an easy way to utilize docker-compose, but I was wondering if there's another way to customize my instance by setting environment variables? I'd like to disable the configuration window option, but can't seem to find another way to. Is it possible to disable the 'configuration' window in the config.json file?

EDIT - found an answer for this. Someone on the unraid forums pointed out that you can use the unraid GUI to add individual variables
