Should we make our "cleaned" data available as an API endpoint? Is there a value to this?

Eventually already the case via REST API. Idea: Create a Postman collection(we decided to go for two other, open-source options, see comment below) and document the API

We document the API in either:

• Http files with hurl or REST client
• Curl

Which we then document in the README or in extended API.md

Under the hood supabase uses Postgrest. So all their docs apply.
