maybee update taxa2core_cpa* to recent uniprot release

Hello,

with phylophlan-3.0.3 when running
phylophlan_setup_database -g s__Escherichia_coli -o ${PHYLOPHLAN_IDX_DIR}/s__Escherichia_coli

I have a bunch of [e] unable to download error message, see 20 first ones:

my guess is that taxa2core_cpa* files requires some update
