Describe the bug
Every time a BCO is saved before being published items are left out when you refer to it later for example my whole description domain was deleted after I saved it and referred to the link later. Makes it impossible to complete a BCO if you are not doing it in one sitting. Additionally, as you add more items the builder gets extremely slow taking almost 5 seconds to show an input.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Complete partial BCO
2. Save Draft BCO
3. Copy link
4. Paste later

Expected behavior
Items deleted after saved, slow response time in builder
