change and affect default value (300) of aging time.
Actual Behavior
Changing the aging time has no effect on TBD system. It stuck at its default value 300 seconds.
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
Platform:
TBD, Linux 5.15.90-yocto-standard-onl armv7l GNU/Linux
Procedure:
