问题描述：

此目录下(China规则)的，所有域名规则，都错误的包含了，whatismyip.com （这是个国外站点的域名）

而且，如果搜索本项目的全部规则，这个错误，也感染到了其他China相关的规则当中，如 rule/Clash/ChinaNoMedia/ChinaNoMedia_Domain_For_Clash.txt
