API reference docs out of date

The overall docusaurus build for this repo has gotten extremely slow (tens of minutes in CI), and frequently OOMs to fails in other ways. Our plan is to replace that whole part of the docs site with a generic Lexicon documentation generator. In the meanwhile, we are going to roll back docs generation to a known-working status (from early November 2024) and halt updates.

This means that the API reference docs will be out of date for a while. Sorry about that!
