Improve Error Handling for Robot to Ssot Parser

As an RPA-Developer, I'd like ark automate to handle errors I produce in the robot code editor view, in order to be able to create new robots as intended.

• Should handle the error when too many or too little parameters were given for a specifc task in the code editor
• Should check if the error handling can be improved with flag variable
