This is a utility which wraps the gocryptfs command line tool. It assumes you know what that is and how to use it. In fact, that error message is telling you that you have not yet created your gocryptfs file system and it even tells you the command line to use and where to go to get further info. Please read about this and then come back here with anything more you find confusing.
