I created a new migration script to add a new column in the users table, and then run the command "yarn dx", the terminal stop in the migration like in the image.
when run the yarn workspace @calcom/prisma db-deploy command the all migration done successfully.
when run the command yarn db-seed the terminal stop like in the image
