I do like that Ontario's Digital Service Standard has a nice section on Contributing to the standard

I wish that they had that all in the README and had it in a different document that the main, but whatever.

Might be worth bringing over how folks can contribute here.

Might be worth setting up a CONTRIBUTING.md https://github.com/blog/1184-contributing-guidelines and an ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md to help guide discussions and changes
