Research expertise page

Hi,
We can generate this page (http://www.ce.pdn.ac.lk/research-expertise) using our APIs instead of maintaining that hand written page.
Also, we can have many such "summary pages" for students and staff.

@roshanragel sir, can we ask all FYP project supervisors to inform their students to update the project tags in their repositories, with expected/relevant tag words? (In this time + in future)

If yes, we can generate the research expertise page via Projects API in addition to the manually chosen tags.

A detailed guide can be found here, to be shared with the students on how to work on it.
