Show information for each subplot

Currently, the field visit page is only showing part of the information in the database.
This includes a list of plants found in the subplots or samples, but there should be a summary table with counts of individuals per subplot, and/or links to the complete table for each subplot.

For example add a column for each sample / subplot and indicate which species were present/absent, or include summary of counts
