Waypoint Naming: Prefere SAC Hütte #515

We should prefer the name SAC Hütte if there is no other nearby waypoint. See the following example:

Expected Name would be: "Cufercalhütte SAC"

This should also be the case for "Abgelegener Gasthof", see above example.
