Integration with RCE

I am new user to both CEASIOM and RCE, could somebody help me with RCE and how to integrate the modules of CEASIOMpy to RCE?

I understand that this really is not an issue, but would really love some assistance on this.

Did you try to follow the integration procedure from https://ceasiompy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/installation.html#rce-optional ? If yes, on which part do you need assistance?

Depending your need you can also use CEASIOMpy without RCE.

I was trying to integrate Ceasiompy with RCE on Windows OS, is there a procedure for that? I found that I have to create the custom tool on RCE for each module of Ceasiompy. Is there a certain type of tool template on RCE that we can use? or will it require me to create the entire tool from scratch?

I did not test CEASIOMpy+RCE on Windows but normally the procedure shoud be the same than for linux to add the module in RCE. https://ceasiompy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/installation.html#rce-optional

Hi @aidanjungo,

I tried the procedure to integrate the tools of ceasiompy on to Windows. It does integrate the tools, however when I ran the first example I get the following error

It fails to run the SettingsGUI script from RCE and gives the following error message:

No command(s) for operating system Windows 10 defined (E#1627106210123)

Do let me know if there's a way to solve the issue.

It is hard to say as I cannot see the entire error message, did you try to run a Workflow without RCE to check if it works?
