[Announcement] Moving to GitHub Organization

I decided to move this project from my personal account to a new GitHub Organization.

Why

• Although I created this App back in 2015, I am no longer in active development of UWP apps since 2018
• Most development work has been done by community for over a year
• Since this App was almost rewritten from my initial version, I don't think I should own the source code as my personal account

Moving the Repository

• Watches, Issues, Stars, Forks are kept as is
• Added a few major contributors as team members

Working together

As I am not the only one in charge of this App any more, all team members can discuss and decide the features and development of this App, feel free to merge PRs when they are ready.

About Microsoft Store

I wish the publisher entity and name in Microsoft Store can be changed as well, but I didn't figure out how. Although we can create a new organization account for submitting the App to the store, existing users can't be automatically migrated. Thus, I may kept submitting updates to the App still using my account for now.
