Integrate with Crowdin or similar localization service for localizations

Unless I'm mistaken it seems that the project localization needs to be manually done via fork and PR. It would be much better if it could be handled by integrating to a localization service like Crowdin to allow people to easily work in the localizations and also automatically update them in the project.
