AppImage fails to start due to VSync Error

Describe the Bug

Cider briefly launches to a blank window. This occurs when launching via Gear Lever install and via terminal. Terminal output provides the following error after window appears:
[26909:1206/131022.655438:ERROR:gl_surface_presentation_helper.cc(260)] GetVSyncParametersIfAvailable() failed for 1 times!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launched AppImage from desktop file.
2. Launched AppImage from terminal.
