Running this image does not retrieve the latest Mutillidae #4

Uses Version: 2.6.36 but we're now on 2.6.62!

There are some changes to OWASP 2017 which make it worth rebuilding the image.

Thanks for providing us with this though, I would PR but don't quite understand what I need to change!
