Api to filter projects by group #16

Today we can get all projects, but this can get slow if to many projects are added in the extractor.

So I would create two endpoints:

one show the list of groups and some basic info like number of projects, sites, description and etc
another to list the projects behind a group

Today this is being calculated in the frontend
