                    <h2>Proposals for Preconference Workshops</h2>
                    <p>
                    The 2016 Code4lib Conference is now accepting proposals for pre-conference workshops.
                	These pre-conferences can either be a 1-day or a 1/2-day workshop and will occur on Monday, March 7, 2016. <a href="http://wiki.code4lib.org/2015_Preconference_Proposals">Last year's sessions </a> provide a good example of the content and style expected.
                    </p>
                    <p>
                        <ul>
                            <li> 
                            Workshops proposals will be acepted until midnight PST, November 15th 
                            </li>
                            <li> 
                            Confirmation of workshops will be communicated  to leaders the first week of December.
                            </li>
                            <li>
