Keep, Problem 항목에 대해서 매주 정기적인 날에 회고를 진행하여 기록하고, 그것을 기반으로 Try (Action Items) 이슈를 생성해주세요.

Keep (유지할 항목)

  • 끊임없는 소통
  • 현재 현황 공유

Problem (문제라고 생각하는 항목)

  • 일정이 촉박하여 휴식을 많이 취하지 못하는 부분

Try (Action Items)

  • 배포환경에서 최종적으로 버그 확인
  • 목표했던 기능 완성
