THIS DOCUMENT DESCRIBES A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND CIGAR LOUNGE. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SOURCE CODE ("sbox-TTT"). BY DOWNLOADING AND/OR USING SBOX-TTT YOU ACCEPT THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE PLEASE DON’T DOWNLOAD OR USE SBOX-TTT.

EXCLUDED DIRECTORIES: Files located within the directories listed below do not fall under this license, as such you must seek permission from the copyright holder of those files to use them: /models/ /materials/ /sounds/
You may, free of charge, download and use sbox-TTT to develop a modified sbox-TTT. You may distribute your modified sbox-TTT in source and object code form, but only for free and as an addon for Facepunch's S&Box.
You may copy, modify, and distribute sbox-TTT and any modifications you make to sbox-TTT in source and object code form, but only for free and as an addon for Facepunch's S&Box. Any distribution of this sbox-TTT must include this LICENSE.md file.
As stated above all distributions of sbox-TTT must be free and as an addon for Facepunch's S&Box. This means that any "External" or "Standalone" distributions are strictly forbidden. "External" or "Standalone" distributions are defined as: "Distribution of modified sbox-TTT code, in source and object code form, that no longer acts as an addon for Facepunch's S&Box." Examples of "External" or "Standalone" distribution would include, but is not limited to: A Distribution that still runs on S&Box, but isn't an addon. A Distribution that is released on the Steam, or any other digital store front. A Distribution that functions without a copy of S&Box.
If you run sbox-TTT on a server and let other users communicate with it there, your server must also affix the following notice in plain view for the end-users to see: Contribute to sbox-TTT at github.com/CigarLounge/sbox-TTT.
Cigar Lounge, in its sole discretion, can revoke your permission to use sbox-TTT at any time and for any reason.
The numbered list below are exceptions to the restriction on commercial use:
(1) DONATIONS (NON-CHANCE): We allow use of sbox-TTT for projects
and servers that are funded by donators / subscribers. Please note
that this only covers "non-chance" donations, which involve funds
gained without the use of a system involving chance. Examples of
"Chance Donations", donations involving the use of a system
involving chance, would include but is not not limited to:
lootboxes, gambling, and donations that enable the ability to
play games of chance.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, then such terms will be changed, interpreted or severed, as appropriate to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law in order to protect Cigar Lounge, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Any distribution of sbox-TTT or a substantial portion of sbox-TTT must include the above copyright notice and the following:

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL CIGAR LOUNGE OR
ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS)
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE
ENGINE AND/OR SBOX-TTT, EVEN IF CIGAR LOUNGE HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
