Hey @Evanta101 (probably a good idea to not spam the issue),

To get 10.12 (as it's still in Beta), and wait for it to load.

Where it says "Change Catalog", you're gonna wanna hit the C key. This allows you to change your available software download catalog.

Once you've pressed it, you should have a screen pretty similar (should be identical tbh) to this, press the number 3 and hit enter.
On the list of available downloads, macOS Monterary should be right at the top :)

The question was for 10.12 (Sierra), not 12.7 (Monterey). I'm looking for El Capitan, and can't find that either.
