Support host annotations / security fixes

This release adds support for host annotations so that the Conjur EE UI can be searched for cloudfoundry or pivotalcloudfoundry and return the hosts that were added via the service broker. It also includes security fixes for vulnerabilities found in loofah and rails-html-sanitizer.

Service Broker supports v4 Conjur

This update adds support for v4 Conjur.

The Service Broker (SB) now uses a CONJUR_VERSION environment variable to determine whether the SB uses Conjur version 4 or 5 (it defaults to 5), and it uses the CONJUR_SSL_CERTIFICATE environment variable to securely authenticate with Conjur, if set.

Initial release

This is the initial release of the Conjur Service Broker, which conforms to the Open Service Broker API specifications, v2.13.
