Request for a new public Conjur project in CyberArk GitHub

Current project source: https://github.com/guygiat/conjur-operator (private repo)

Current maintainer: Guy Giat, guygiat

Desired project URL: https://github.com/cyberark/conjur-operator (we already have an archived project with the same name so we need to decide what to do)

Brief description of project: Conjur operator for Conjur OSS deployment with OCP support.

Anticipated certification level: Trusted

I created https://github.com/cyberark/conjur-operator for you.

On your first pull request you will see a checklist in the PR description - you can use this to guide you on the steps needed to make the repo public. Please tag me as a reviewer once the project is ready for review, and I can review and make it public.

Please note, that to get this project to Trusted before publishing will require:

  • Security review
  • Documentation for standard flows (in GitHub is ok to start)
  • Feature implementation is largely complete (eg project can gracefully handle most problems that may arise when veering from the happy path of the main use case)
  • Comprehensive tests
  • Automated security scans

We can work with you on the items above, but releasing as trusted to start will take time. I'd recommend releasing as Community first and working with us to get the project to Trusted after publishing the code. It can still be useful to end users even at the Community level!
