No commit / branch details available on Cypress Dashboard (Cloud)

Context:
We use Cypress Dashboard (Cloud)across the company to gather statistics about CI Cypress runs, but recently we found that there is no data populated to Cypress Dashboard about commit and branch. Please, see attached screenshot bellow.

Actually it used to work few months ago and suddenly stopped.
Note: GitHub is used to integrate with Cypress Dashboard, We run Cypress tests as part of GitHub action workflow:

run: docker run --rm --ipc=host
          -v $(pwd)/.git:/.git e2etests:latest
          sh -c 'yarn cypress ....'

Question:
How Cypress gathers the Git details regarding the test run? What can I check to make sure if Cypress is able to take the required data?
