Time of the day

The idea is to show the current time in the UI.
I especially need this when working in pure console mode.

For design reason of the mono-thread CLI, a time string can only be refreshed if it is part of a cell. That's why I have chosen the top-right cell of the Menu.
It also means that when the Menu is closed, no CPU overhead, to compute and draw the current time, will happen.

So! commit bb9db4d is bringing these layouts:

Since commit 0887b54, Time is now displayed on the right side of the menu.
Date and Time format is somehow responsive to the terminal current width.
