Query iRegulon to predict the regulators and targets.
This is the main use case -- Cy3 app tutorial.

Query – form:

Organisms: select from a list
Genes: type or paste one or more gene names
Advanced Options:
- Ranking makes sense but not sure people use them
- The other options: probably just use the default values

This is the query form from the Cytoscape app (also see the source code):
