Can't get any password hint

Hi,

when I try to trigger to receive my (or other) password hints via mail, I click "send" and get a handlebar error (see web console):

Can you provide more informations about your setup? Can you provide the generated support string from the admin page? Which versions are you using? Are you overwriting templates? Also I guess that some server-side logs could be more informative in this case
