Expected Behavior:
Proxied requests should be enriched by setting one or more of the following standard headers:

  • Forwarded (preferred)
  • X-Forwarded-For
  • X-Forwarded-Host
  • X-Forwarded-Proto
  • X-Forwarded-Protocol
