Add aqueduct template

It would be really nice if you could add a tenplate for aqueduct projects to Stagehand

I'm curious what upside this would bring over and above aqueduct create? The reason I ask is that every template we add implies ongoing maintenance work to keep the template up to date as aqueduct's create template changes.
